OBGE Question

I wasn't sure where to post this, so I posted it here.

I'm planning to install the Cold War Eastern European Fantasy Movie shaders for OBGE, and wanted to know if there was any way to have them automatically turn off when I enter the Shivering Isles, for a sort of 'Wizard of Oz'-type effect.
