Is there a setting or module that allows you to impregnate a female NPC or an female NPC knock up a female PC during intercourse. I notice that one of them (depending on who's the active one) grows a futanari cock to fuck the other one. Seems like she should be able to ejaculate living sperms into the one getting fucked. Anyone know? Thanks!

Type in "Set a3ltc.KokumaroMilk to 1" to the console command. That should do it.
