ImaGHS trouble

Hopefully someone here has some experiance with this mod.

I finally got my hands on the ImaGHS mod, but once installed all I get is CTD upon start up. I'm assuming I'm missing a dependant mod somewhere, but due to the native language of teh readme, I'm having a hard time making anything out. I guess I don't have the language pack installed in this computer since most of teh readme is a jumble of crap anyway.

To those who are using ImaGHS or have in the past. What other mods do I need to get this working? The only Ima mod I've been able to get up and running currently is the Ima mod that adds the house near Bruma and some stanbd alone outfits.
