Mod recomendations for a returning player

Hey everyone, I could use some help. I'm returning to xLovers after more than a year away (my last update was 9-12-11!) and want to make a fresh install. So, I'd love to hear from my fellow players what would be some good, interesting mods to try out. Aside from the basic stuff like BBB and armor sets, I really like monsters, impregnation, birthing, so of course I'm checking out Tomagoclub and LoversBitch, but what else would y'all recommend? What's new that I've missed in the last year or has been updated heavily that's really just kickass?

You could try installing the L World, or whatever it's called. Turns all of the characters in the game female, requires files you have to track down for several hours until you find them on obscure japanese websites using a free webpage translator. Spend half an hour looking for the download button. Good times.
