How do I post links to sites but not in URL form but in another word.

For example If I wanted to tell someone where a mod was instead of posting the url how could I type "here" and that "here" is blue so that I may click it and it will direct me to the site.

Also, directly post youtube videos to this site?

It's the button way to the right. Click on it and it will drop down a menu with dailymotion, google video, metacafe, MySpace TV, Vimeo, Yahoo video and youtube. Press one of those and add the links.

Manual way:

video=youtube]http://youtube.com/loverslab[/video

Once again with [ in the beginning and ] in the end
