Using pose for idle anim

Hiya! Just curious how one would go about turning a pose anim into a female only idle anim. I could never get over how butch females stand especially since bethesda already gave females a somewhat sultry saunter but they drew the line at a seductive/feminine idle stance. Or if anyone knows of an existing mod that does this that would be great!

Got 'em yeah the standing tweaks he did are much better then the default hunchback look lol. Thought I read somewhere but I be damned if I can find it again about the re-animated conflicting with another mod not sure if it was a sexout, SI, or AP mods you happen to know?
