Any tutorial on making weighted wigs?

Hi, I'm playing around with the wigs for fun. But seriously I have absolutely no idea how should I do to get them to work.

I exported some hair (gunman01.nif from MBP 1.4) to an obj format, then imported it into blender along with Growlf's riggin machine.

As Growlf mentioned on his readme I subsurfed the mesh and copied the bone weights. I think weighting was ok because it seemed ok to me when I looked over it in weightpaint mode.

The problem is, it does not move along the bones in game. It's just floating in the air, even if I crouch.

So I guess I'm missing something very important during importing it or exporting it to a nif. What's the difference between typical clothings and wig meshes? I cannot seem to find the difference through NifSkope, though. :-/ Should I do something with associated egm/tri ?

edit: I forgot to mention what game is. Oblivion.
