Can somebody help me?

I've reframed from asking for help directly for the most part but..

It's been 12 hours and I havn't been able to completely set up a mod for either oblivion nor skyrim.

It's 12:13 a.m. as it stands so.. If somebody could private message me, set up a time to walk me through a majority of things?

I would really appreciate it.

Is it possible to install it using NMM?

I'm terribly bad at this and I don't even know how to make those screens appear :/
