Equippable Map and Other Hardcore Mods?

I saw that there was an equppable map mod for Skyrim and I was wondering if there was the same thing for Oblivion? Also, are there any more hardcore mods that doesn't deal with sleep, eating, and drinking?

Maskar's Overhaul has textbook zombies and traps.

Looks like "In Game Map" is a map you can carry around. No idea what it's worth.
