Caracter Creation Problem

I Have been playing with the sme caracter for very loong , the other day i would start a new one Problem: Many of the races are bald moonshadow elves got high floating hair Bloodelves are bald and cant get hair some races have hair but can only change collor etc. I have search the forum but cant find ansvers (i had a problem with Sex Shop earlier and needed to deactivate it for getting hair on my elves, this wont do it anymore so: Does anybody have a suggestion on a solution i wouldt be glad :)thanx iggy

I take it you are using the custom race fix (oblivion will screw up these otherwise):

Other questions:

1. Are use using Wrye Bash to make a bashed patch?

2. Try posting your load order so we an see what all you have that might be causing the conflict.

What's Caracter

Like Greg said post your load order.

Also try using Mod Manager, Wrye bash or CS

(Mod Manager > New Conflict Detector > and check if there are major conflicts )

(Wrye Bash you can try to use Fix Hair option or check if there is missing plugin in savegame )

CS - Open Moonshadow elves plugin and check if everything is ok (no missing textures/meshes etc )

Mine tends to screw up during initial character creation. I think it has to do with a faulty race somewhere but I haven't been able to trace it. At first I can change hair on all races, until I scroll back and forth through the races and find one I want. Then the hair and eyes are locked to a single style. However, as soon as I exit the sewers and select the change race option, I can select all hairs normally again. Have you tried changing your character at that point? Or via the console?

Posting your load order is pretty simple.

1. Open OBMM.

2. Left click on import/export

3. Click on view load order.

4. Copy all items listed.

5. Paste them into your post.

Heh... no worries. I'll try to put it clearer. (I often don't do that... typing on ipad means short messages)

If you type {spoiler} then put your text' date=' then type {/spoiler} after it, it'll hide it... but you need to use [ and '] instead of { and }. If I did it the way you should do it, using the [ and ] it would hide the text... so I would have got

I know i have to many mods and i never learnt to use wrye bash:(

iggypop1, I hate to break bad news to you but as you already know your load order is a mess. With as many mods as you have there is no way you can have a stable game without learning to use wyre bash.

The good news is that making a bashed patch is really quite simple. Head over to the nexus and type in Wrye Bash in the search function and it will pull up a downloadable pictorial guide to using Wrye (you can ignore all but the bashed patch stuff as it is all you need to learn how to do).

As to the lovers files - please go to the link below and at the bottom of your 1st post there is a txt file that will show you what order to put lovers files in.

Most people use boss first to order all their other mods and then follow the sample load order txt for the lovers stuff (Boss sucks at properly ordering lovers).
