Miqote won't show on CS or character menu D;

apologies for so much posting...i have a few issues to solve left ha.

For some reason my miqote race doesn't show up? it worked fine before, but now it doesnt...well it hasn't for some time and reason still baffles me. would like to make companion and have show up in game but it doesn't. Will not show up in CS for race when i load up BP.esm or won't show up in character create menu and i have all proper .esp active...Help please ><
