Unarmored Trait/Perk Mod

I am fairly sure that, awhile back, I found a link to a mod on Nexus which added either traits or perks (not certain which, though) that improved your abilities while not wearing any form of armour or clothing.

However, now that I am attempting to find it, I can't find any links to ity at all.

So, I was simply wondering if anyone who knows either the name of the mod, or has a link to it could help.

I'm pretty sure that was the Naked Gun mod for Fallout 3. Last I saw it was still on Nexus, but that was a long while ago.

The Naked Gun mod is still there. Too bad there's no FNV version...

As long as it doesn't require FOSE, it should be as simple as loading it in FO3/FNV Edit and changing the master from fallout3.esm to falloutnewvegas.esm.

Oh, and anything that affects big guns/small guns needs to be changed to just affect guns.

I've actually been using a ported version of the Naked Gun for a while now, and it does work. The Naked Gun perk itself doesn't display its requirements in full (7 AG and 7 PE) and the Streaker perk has a script attached to it that constantly heals and breaks the legs, but otherwise it works flawlessly.
