When you try to merge or bash file you should get info if it's possible to merge them or not.

Of course NEVER merge Lovers PK plugins.

Run BOSS before you run Wryebash

re-order by hand the mods BOSS doesn't recognize

highlight everything, right click and use Mark Mergeable

Now build the Bashed Patch. Do not merge Lovers plugins.
