Move your Batch Patch so it is between LoversMB2.esp and x117race.esp

 

There is a setting under the Lovers spell in game which deals with conflicts. That should fix the issue.

If the person is engaged in another idle at the time - sitting or some custom idle (be it scripted or not) then you will get that message.  Some folks are disabled for sex and you could also get that message.  Check them via your npc's setting spell to see if they are enabled to have sex.

Using the fix bugs option in the lovers spell solved the issue.
