I have just started replaying but never modded Fallout 3 much in the past. What are some mods I should look for? The ones you can't live without?

Fallout Wanderers Edition is #1. Body mods are top too. Which one doesn't matter, just a nude body. It drives me insane in the fallout games that people don't have food to eat or clean water, but everyone has brand new underwear?
