Housing Suggestions

For several years now, I've used Sinblood's Vampire Haven as my characters' primary residence. Now, however, I'm looking for something new. My requirements are simple:

* lots of storage (preferably including mannequins for weapons/armor)

* a bed

* ...that's it!

If this is the place to post it I would love to see something like the playboy mansion created that borrowed the "catwalk" from the divine elegance showroom and added some pole dancing and stripping animations.

There could also be NPC's placed around that would display the various Lovers animations so that we could see them all and maybe participate

You get a whole castle, with everything a castle needs, lots of NPCs and even a very fast horse. It has several rooms that u can use as homes for your companions and a treasury that get's filled with gold based on your gold. Also you get a teleport spell to get there.

Tom Supergan's Armory Lab. There are several expansions available for it, too.

The mod adds six rooms for storage and display, accessible via a miniature portal pad installed at the entrance of almost every vanilla house.

The Waterfront Shack is the only house excluded (to EXIT the lab, entering from the Shack is possible).

These portals also serve as a teleportation device to all of these houses.

There are a large mannequin room, two rooms of display cases galore for armour and weapons, one room full of chests, a laboratory with a huge apothecary cabinet for ingredients (that has a sorting function) and a greenhouse with regrowing plants to harvest.

Also included: Enchanting and spellmaking altars, a forge area and an 'interactive' world map you can ENTER! That's the globe on the upper right picture. This mod is a great addition to any house mod: Choose your favourite abode for 'living', the Armory Lab for storing.

It lets you start off with one of the houses right away without having to jump through any hoops or breaking whatever RP concepts.

Personally, I'd like to find a 'house' mod like the abandoned shack in FO3: basic, central and outside a town. Red Rose is really nice for that, but it's a bit extravagant for a lot of characters.
