Can I convert a 10 minute MPEG from Razer Gamebooster that is about 200mb to something smaller without huge quality loss?

If so, how can I do this? Deperate here.

I guess I want to make it FLV if I can, but I cannot find ANY software at all to do this.

Im "praying" that using Windows movie maker on the "for computer" settings will help but I have not much hope.

Movie Maker using the for computer should actually do the trick.  I have run several 200 meg files through it and ended up with very small (1.5 to 3mb) file sizes.  Quality isn't HD but is just fine for posting on the web.

Just ran that now, turned it from 200mb to about 70mb, would like it smaller if possible but the quality did degrade BUT not by a real noticable amount.

Attemping to upload it to Facebook now, hopefully it works.

use handbrake, http://handbrake.fr/

Set it to mp4 web optimized, not flv, flv is useless and an outdated format, h.264 mp4's are accepted pretty much universally in place of flv's now and generally have both better quality and lower file size. If stereo audio isn't of importance, knock it down to lower bitrate mono.

Format Factory is another good one.

Managed to take a 3GB file and crush it down to 200MB without any quality loss what so ever.

- Converts any sound file into another sound file.

- Converts any video file into another video file.

- Converts any image file into another image file.

You get the picture? :)
