Read permission isn't that hard to get past with each level up your read permission increases allowing you to go into threads with higher read permissions. First level you will have a limit on how many times you can post before you have to wait each time you post you get 5 points once you get to the 2nd rank the post restriction leaves and you can post how many times you want.

 

Another way to increase your level is to look at the top of game sections like say oblivion clicking it will take you to that area the top links are notices and things they are seprated by the forum topics line in the top areas is where you want to look for Replies reward threads going to those can net you lots of xp like this thread here in the oblivion area http://bbs.3dmgame.com/thread-4249422-1-1.html Reply Jinyuan get 50 reward! Each person three times (50% probability of winning).

Funny thing is I was planning on asking the same thing yesterday....

 

Turns out it's not a race. It's actually a full body clothing called Nanatsusaya Costume. Includes the head/hair/tail with the clothing.

Anyone here know where I can find these Weapon and Shield?

 

Unfortunately with the exception of the Shadowrend whose mesh already exists for Oblivion, the rest were ported from Skyrim mods

 

 

Chrysamere - Shadowred (same mesh for Oblivion) - Chillrend - Volendrung - Umbra (not found, linked to a great alternative) - Spellbreaker

 

You can either ask the author of that pic for them, ask someone to port  them over to Oblivion, or do it yourself.
