If I might be so bold to make a suggestion, perhaps in SD2, you could add the stormcloaks and imperial as slavers? I was thinking something along the lines of a "Prisoner of War". Perhaps one of the options would be to have PC rescued by ally faction? What do you think?

that probably deserves a fairly extensive plugin/extra mod, with quests and whatnot. its a great idea though. torture and interrogation, handed over to the thalmor etc.

So i went into MCM, installed SD and waited for the text in the top left to tell me it had installed succesfully. I then proceeded to get shitfaced with that guy in Bannered Mare and completed the quest upon which Sanguine returned me to the inn. I seem to have missed triggering something? Because the quest played exactly like it did in vanilla Skyrim. Any ideas of what i did wrong?

There are no changes in that quest, it should play exactly like the vanilla one. All it does is to start SD (unless you had already started it from the MCM), nothing more. If you see the side quest "Sanguine's Watching" in the Miscellaneous section of the quest journal then it did its job.

This mod allows you to get enslaved by members of certain factions (see the first page), spriggans and hired thugs (they are sent after you if you steal) instead of getting killed by them. What happens once enslaved differ, depending on who enslaved you, which is also explained on the first page. The mod does not offer a one-shot, non-repeatable quest or a series of quests to be completed. Once installed, it becomes a part of the game mechanic and it basically offers you an (partial) alternative to death.

Oh my apologies, i thought there was a quest alongside the enslavement process. Well thank you for answering my questions regardless :)

Despite all this bug-smashing, are there any recent developments in getting SD to work with SL instead of SexiS?

Warzone... Possibly script related things. Give it a go if you really want to try it and tell us whats happening! It may turn out to be awesome :)

I also need some tips though. The first few enslaving events were fluid and worked like a charm. Then after saving 17 times, it happened:

After my character gets enslaved, the enslaver either walks away without binding my characters hands (the collar is put on however), or seldom binds her hands, undresses her (the ground starts to glow) and then walks away.

Not sure what I am supposed to do then. He calls himself Master and just minds his own business. When I prompt him, he simply says "yes?" or "what now?" and nothing happens.

On the other hand, I can (sometimes) safely walk amidst bandits when enslaved by bandits. Any help on whats going on and what I should do?

can you get me a status of the enslavement quest with the following console command.

sqv _SD_enslavement

Testes this in some cave with two bandits on a bridge. One halted his attack after submitting via "K" after my character went into "weak" state, the other stopped for a second before continuing to attack me. Had to kill that guy off with console "kill" wheras lunged and smashed his head into a far away wall and dropped into the water below the bridge. The surviving bandit then called himself master and was very nonchalant about the death of his friend.

The questlog updated the "enslaved" mission.

Afterward the master just went back to his original position and said "yeah?" "Huh?" "Hmm?" when I talked to him without offering any other options or "talking menu"

My character was not bound aside from a slave collar. Opening the inventory revealed some bindings with leather straps as icon with a 75% reduction effect on pickpocketing.

Then I entered the console command as you requested.

REF '_SDRA_hostile_3'-> NONE

REF '_SDRA_hostile_4'-> NONE

------- Quest state ---------------------------------------

Enabled?             No

state                    Waiting for stage

current state:    100

Priority:             97

Seeing as my character was still free, I ironically bound my character via inventory 'myself'. Wherein she squat down with clothes on and made the ground glow a bit. The master did nothing as he was busy on attempting to forcingly stare down the cavewalls.

(Even after waiting for 6 hours, he just went to sleep on a nearby bed)

I then ventured deeper into the cave (still in  squat position strafing on my kneecaps) and retreated to the master as soon as I made contact with bandits. The master even though a bandit as well, fled the scene with the words "help! Someone do something".

Upon reloading and replicating the "enslavement situation", same bandits that attacked me recognized me as one of their own and let me pass them without notice. I then killed the master and took his keys whereas the collar and the bindings disappeared and the quest ended.

The whole scene was hilarious :D

perhaps you tested it in embershalt mine. those two bandits have very strict behavior, and after enslament they keep doing their assignments all the time. Not very good place for enslavement:)

stupid AI...

so... the thug that I got loves to mine..., finishes mining and goes back again to mine.... I see he rather work than delivering me :P

Mine likes to walk around in circles and say "What now?" over and over again...

noticed that the thugs (any of them 3) just worked good up to the enslavement part, all mistwatch (yes I ran there) hated them... and me, (also there's a quest there) also when enslaved the other two go away to I don't know where, the one that stays just walks around (goes though the front door to the other door) and just stays there, he doesn't seem to sleep and likes to mine ore if there's no ore nearby they just go to one side to the another side of the road get bugged in the road so much fun... though they just behaved as regular "masters" "mistwatch bandit"(s) is not slaver faction I assume... so... didn't work for me I'll kill them all *tired*

me too.

two tf the thugs bugger off after I get enslaved,the last one (master) is not intrested in taking me anywhere, likes to mine ore, sweep the porch ,dig the garden and sometimes rape my character.

sometimes when it was realy late he went off to the nearest stormcloak camp and went to sleep.

the rest of the time he stands around or moves up and down the road, sometimes (if the other two are nearby) he and the other two draw their weapons and say to my already well enslaved character "this will teach you not to take things that don't belong to you", then put away their weapons and carry on walking up and down.

seems to be just like regular enslavement.

tested just outside whiterun near the brewery.

samething happened to me, tried with 2 different versions, the 26 and 24 one, anybody have any idea?

Tested again in Bleakfall. Same thing happened. Was sliding around on my kneecaps again while the 'master' went to sleep.

 This time, the log said

REF '_SDRA_hostile_3'-> NONE

REF '_SDRA_hostile_4'-> NONE

EDIT:

Started a new save and abandoned the old saves (effectively 3 hours of playtime, nothing lost here).

Must asume that they are bonkers and move on.

SD is now working like a charm and my character got enslaved by thalmor justiciar and isn't exactly behaving herself. Awesome mod!

One problem with the thug followup quest after Mistwatch, tracking them down in their new hideout:

As soon as I get within line-of-sight to the boss thug, I go into AI control as if caught running away.  And it keeps happening, every few seconds thereafter.  This happens even if all the thugs are already dead (e.g. killed by long-range sniping).  This happened twice, in different locations (having reverted to a save before meeting the thugs, to escape the first time).  The second time I managed to escape outside the radius by sprinting during one of the brief periods without AI control.

This was with SD 2013.04.23.01.Final, so my apologies if this problem has already been fixed in one of the later updates.

Just downloaded it and everything seems to be alright with it. No idea why yours is only 1.8mb.

Probably your browser or download manager is acting up.

Also why download an older version? 26 is out

Just wondering if anyone know how to advance the spriggan quest. Just got the armour and have been wandering around for a few hours real time waiting for an NPC to say some magical passphrase. Any help would be appreciated. I've also tried advancing through the console to no avail. Current stage is 10. Tried setting to 20 and 30 but nothing interesting happened.

Waiiit a sec, If i steal the masters key and kill him wouldnt that make the faction finally hate me immediately? Or does that also need to wait 1 game hour?
