creating a new race

basicly i want to add the race from http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/44662 into oblivion, so all the assets are there but ive never actually made a race before, and oblivion and nv body parts are different enough that i can't just copy the race spreadsheet from nv edit and use it in oblivion. anyone have an idiots guide to building a race out of existing parts?
