Having an issue getting Sony PMB.

alright, I own a Sony HDR CX-160 camcorder.


 


I lost the software disk for PMB and have been trying to download the software from Sony, however the software download tool doesn't recognize that my camera is on, plugged in, and recognized as a drive by my computer, so it refuses to download the software.


 


I'm running as admin and everything yes it refuses to work.
