WELL TITLE SAY IT ALL Can i use bolth keybord and 360 controller in FALLOUT NV    

 

I LIKE USEING KEYBORD FOR SUMTHING LIKE HOTKEYS AND THE ~ KEY   AND CONTROLLER FOR MOVING AND BUTTEN SMASHING

I think you can but it may cause some conflicts to occur in the controls. There is only one way to find out

Me personally cannot use both at the same time, but not sure whether that's the game or my particular installation. I have to choose between a gamepad or mouse and Keyboard. If I'm using a 360 controller the game doesn't respond to keyboard commands or hotkeys(such as quicksave).

I use a controller and keyboard with little issues.  One thing to note is that you cannot access the console when using the controller in FONV.  You have to disconnect the controller then you can access the console.  To be clear, this is when using the XBOX 360 wireless controller.  Not sure if a wired controller will behave differently (shouldn't, but you never know...)
