Weirdly enough, I dont get the book in my inventory when I started a new game. I use alternate starts, do you think that might be the cause? I'm trying to find the book in TES CS so that I can give it to myself through the console.

Edit: Looking through LoversExtender in TES CS I couldn't fin the book you mentioned. Must be the case I dont get it in game. Which sounds just weird, since I remeber getting that book in the past but now it's just gone... (o.O) Also, that NPC that should appear in the Imperial City market district shop isnt there (Gilded Carafe, or what's the shop's name...).
