Most of the animations in the Non-SexLab-Animation Pack are -already- included in up to date development builds. The few that aren't already included pretty much solely consist of furniture animations and the acrobatic blowjob animation. Everything else is, to my recollection, included at this point. 

I'll do another pass of animator threads before releasing the final 1.60 to make sure I'm missing nothing else major, but otherwise, if it's a general animation included in NSP, you can be almost guaranteed it's already included in the 1.60 dev build. 

 

I am however insanely busy at the moment with other real life work, so most of my SexLab/Skyrim playing has very much fallen by the wayside. Checkout the latest 1.60 alpha if you haven't yet, I'm fairly confident it's the most stable version of SexLab yet by a longshot. -the only thing it's missing at the moment, preventing me from releasing 1.60 officially, is some script documentation updates and a planned MCM menu overhaul. I've been very suddenly busy with real life career + drama. Finishing 1.60 is my utmost priority the very moment I have the free time to do so however, I assure you, it's just a matter of finding that time. 

 

1.60 is coming, and it promises both some significant performance and usage changes as well. Just be patient.

I want to keep the default animations SexLab come with as "normal" as possible, leaving the more extreme or fetish like animation to individual mods to add for those who are specifically seeking such animations. 

 

The acrobatic animation is kinda in a weird spot where I wouldn't call it extreme or overly fetishisized. It's a great and well done animation, but I'd argue it's still just a little too "out there" to include by default. If enough people disagree though, I'm open to including it.

i agree the acrobatic blowjob is pretty weird in a sens, it good anim but i just cant try to imagine a lady in this position do this. maybe its possible, but i agree is a little weird in the middle of the others animations

A more useful thing people could do is make this site an exception to their Ad Blocking software and allow ads to appear when visiting Lovers Lab. Advertisers help pay the bills and therefore help keep this site open.

I'm experiencing an... interesting issue. I'm not exactly having problems with my game, but something very weird is happening in my scripts (pic related). Near as I can tell, ALL of my scripts are showing up like this, even non-sexlab ones. Yet my game is working fine, at least so far.

I'm guessing I should completely delete all local content and start from scratch, but if at all possible I would like to avoid having to do so.

 

Has anyone seen something like this before? Maybe it's just notepad++ that's having an issue?

 

Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

That is the COMPILED script you are looking at, not the source file. That's the way it is supposed to look.

Look in the source folder under the scripts folder to see the source files. Note that if you have the CK installed an recent stealth update removed most source files into a SCRIPTS.RAR file you'll find in your data folder and have to extract back into the scripts folder.

Well I have tried to log a papyrus_0 but no log is being saved, only a RNPC_MentalModel.0.

 

Otherwise I have followed the troubleshooting guide as best as I can, and purely for the sake of my saves I'd like to get sexlab v1.59 and 1.59b, so I can at least play with the referenced mods I am using.

I added 1.60 Alpha 3 this morning to attempt to fix the issues, however they still persist. To test the sexlab issues I was running Prison Overhaul when creating the log, and non of the sexlab content was running when it should, NPCs would just stand and freeze up instead.

 

So there is no chance of getting the sexlab versions I requested? After countless hours of troubleshooting it would really be most appreciated if you could provide those to me.

Older versions of SexLab are not supported, nor will they ever be. 1.59c has been in use for almost 6 months so far and works without issue for the vast majority of the users. This is a problem with YOUR install, and not a problem with SexLab 1.59c. If you want support, the only support your going to find here is support in getting the newest version working properly, as it should be, and has been working for many users at this point. 

 

Using an older version isn't fixing your problem, it's sweeping it under the rug and pretending the problem doesn't exist -  meanwhile it simply continues to be a problem in a different way and cause you other issues down the road.

The main reasons I ask for the older version is because I know for a fact that my save files work with those versions, and now I have spent more hours on attempting to get the latest version to work than I have played most games.

I'm not being snappy, I'm not being harsh, this is the way it's always been for SexLab: The most recent version is supported, older versions are not.

 

I'll gladly help you get your 1.59c or 1.60 alpha 3 working, because it is in my intrest to do so for the sake of making sure it work for other users as well. I have absolutely zero interest in helping people make 1.59b or older versions work, because it doesn't benefit anybody else to do so, the entire point of 1.59c is that if specifically fixes issues people had with 1.59b.

 

If you're interested in making the latest or pre-release alpha version of the mod work, I am here and willing to help in my already very limited spare time.

About furniture animation, do you have something planned for them in the future?  For example, replace the "use nearby bed" option by "use nearby furniture: bed, chair, none..." so the framework really uses what is available nearby, and not a magically appeared throne?

With the latest 1.60 alpha release, furniture animations are removed from use on beds, beyond that I have no plans. As far as  I'm aware there is no way to make FNIS Furniture animations use specific in-world objects rather than spawning them as part of the animation. Only workaround that I can think of at the moment would be if furniture animations were re-exported without the furniture object, and added to FNIS as regular sequence animations then registered with SexLab along with a formlist of valid objects - which would require some significant reworking of the animation selection plus possibly require the authors of various furniture animations to cooperate. In either case, furniture animations are just better left to NSAP to handle as is. The only exception would be bed specific animations, which 1.60 does add support for with it's new animation registration option for setting unique bed offsets (which was developed and tested using Arrok's bed ledge animation).

Would there be any way to make the furniture addons work like using ZAZ gear does, it's an object in world and activating it starts the animation/pose? Specifically to enable mod authrs to include said futniure in their mod then start an animation linked to it. Example making the throne in a palace mod like the Underground Bathouse or Sanguine's Pleasure Palace from Sex Slaves able to be used in a throne-related animation.

 

Also on that would it be possible with this Framework to enable sex while in ZaZ poses for example, like being fucked while in stocks? I haven't seen this work properly yet, apologies if it's already in.
