What does contibutor status mean?

Just a reminder, contributor status comes from being nominated by other contributors, moderators or Ashal himself.  Requesting contributor status will not get it for you.

 

While this thread has been entertaining, the question clearly has been answered and to avoid any potential drama arising from who is and who is not a contributor I am closing the thread.

 

There is no real special benefit to being a contributor so it is nothing to really strive for, nor to be offended if it isn't granted.  As always, make and release mods for your own pleasure first and foremost.  Modding to get attention isn't worth the hassle and almost always backfires.  Mod because you love it. Release mods because you think others might enjoy it as much as you do.  Anything more is a bonus.
