Sorry voor the long intro.

Since my old oblivion game was a damaged cd contant freezes,BSOD mess.I recently bought the 5th year edition.And after installing a couple of basic non adult mods(unoficial patch,beautifull people,deathly reflex/unnnocecary violence combo and bigger city's) it now works perfectly.But...

Now i have a problem,on one part i want to keep this game as it is.

Being a female hand fighting priestess who traveled here to find her destiny.But on the other hand i want the Lovers Mods to hit my character.

Now for my question.

If i were to make a complete copy my oblivion map.Can i install a second modmanager program specific for the second map and instal sexmods whitout having impact on the original game.

I decided to ask first because i dont want to risk damaging my progress.

Why don't just disable/enable mods then? Having 2 Tamriel at same time could bring more problem, don't you think?

Just make backup of data folder and savedata(before install mods). If you find sexmods don't suit you, you could revert back.

Very Good advice!

To take this one step further it is important to make PERIODIC backups and not just the one. I keep a core backup as well as major milestone backups too. Assuming you have the HD space of course. If not you could burn it to a DVD. It will save you HOURS upon HOURS when you bork up your game (it will happen...it is just a matter of time )

Thanks for the back-up tip i remember that.

But my problem was something else.

I go once a week to my friends house to play games together,me on my laptop and he on his PS3 and i dont feel like De-sexualizing my game every time i go.I used to with New Vegas but that was hours of work every time and got irritating very fast so i gave up on the adult section of that one.

But after finding about this site and getting back into oblivion i desided to give it another shot.

So my plan was to have to have 2 version of oblivion,a normal one to play at my friends house and a second one for more private use.

You can give this a shot. I have never used it myself but I haven't heard any negative comments about it either.

I know Wrye Bash is able to manage multiple mods configurations (with multiple bashed patches), but I never used this function, so I can't give any more advice on this.
