Race question

Greetings. First of all my apologies if I opened the thread in the wrong place, I wasn't sure.

I want to know if there's a decent male oriented race out there. I've tried some myself but I'm not pleased with the results.

I'm trying to make a vampire warrior. Using the Overlord armors found in Anvilbay.ru, the Stone Mask found in TESNexus (an item that turns your character into a vampire instantly).

The races I've tested so far are: The Synx (too girly), The Forgotten (buggy face textures, head would 'explode' if you tried to change the shape, the body textures however were really good.), the corean (not exactly what I'm looking for), Blood Witcher race (not really of my liking, too effemminate).

What I'm looking for is a humanoid race (elves are good too, but there's a huge load of elven based races and most of them are just female oriented), kinda like the Nords, but with decent hair selection options (Ren's hair is good but it's starting to get overused). I don't want demonic style races, or draconic, anthro, etc. If doesn't exist, at least I'd be happy if someone could give me a tutorial to create my own race.
