BlackBox

question about conversation editing

I did a pretty large amount of searching for this and failed to find it, so thought I'd ask here in the hopes that someone could help me find this.  I'm looking for the player response text, like the "Hey want to have some fun?" lines.  Anyone know where to find these in the toolset?  Thanks.

Most, if not all, of the player's dialog lines should be in the quests menu. Select the quest you want, then go to the conversation tab (I think it was called that? One of the tabs anyway).

Ok.  I looked there but couldn't find it.  I'll keep checking.

What's the quest that contains the adultplayplus dialogue, like "How about spending some alone time"?

What exactly are you attempting to do?  Modify or add to the current dialogue?  If you are just modifying then I recommend you use Egg Translator as it is MUCH easier to get at and tweak things.  It does require you to know vaguely what lines you are looking to change.

If you are looking to add stuff then click the quests and scroll down to the bottom and start clicking on the Lovers items.  There should only be 6 or 7 in the list and I think the dialogue is under topics or something along those lines.

No problem.

Just remember to NEVER touch scripts with Egg Translator.  It will scramble them up and you will need to recompile them with the CS.  It is better to just use the CS when it comes to scripts.  Everything else however is fair game.
