Change NPC and Companions appearance?

Hello i need some help, is there a way to change my companions or NPC  appearance?. Such as her hairstyle and armor/clothes? Because I already download mikoto hairstyle pack from nexus, but its just can change my PC

I believe what you want to do will require some work with the GECK. You will have to go into the GECK and change the various aspects of the companion NPC that you want to change. It shouldn't' be hard however if you are like me with limited to no experience with the GECK it can be a daunting task.

Oh,.. You can do what I am trying to do ... I am practicing using the GECK using the tutorial "My First Vault"  perhaps in time I can also make changes that I want to games as well. At least I would know enough that I can start to ask more specific questions from the knowledgeable individuals here.
