Trigger pose you want. Then use the *tc* command on the console to move her where you want her then turn ai off .

Well what the others said was the gist of it, ill be a little more specific, this is what I do. TCL works for you and seperate for an npc, if you want your pc to use tcl, make sure your not targeting anything in console, if you want an npc to use tcl, click on them in console then type tcl.

Once you got them in a pose, then use TC 1, not TC. First you have to use TC on your character so it says its ai controlled, then click on the npc you want to control in the console and type TC 1, that will transfer control and camera over to targeted npc, then you can move them wherever you want, after you are done moving them, use TC on the npc to make them AI controlled again, and TC 1 on your character to regain control.

Once you have them where you want them, also try using TAI, that'l freeze em so they dont move or reset a pose after you leave them on the bed or wherever.

Here is a run down of what I do.

 

Step 1. Bring up the console command and "tcl" to turn collision off

Step 2. Select the NPC through the console command so the ID shows in the command window.

Step 3. I place my character on the bed (can be tricky walking with tcl off) and put myself in the pose I want the npc in. Then I move my character while posed into the exact spot I want for the npc. Then I jump (or use puppeteer master to reset my character) so now I am standing.

Step 4. Bring up the console and enter "moveto player" which now moves the select npc to the exact place I am standing. They will also face the same way and since tcl is off, they won't move.

Step 5. Pose the npc with what ever pose mod your using, pinup poser for example.

Step 6. Bring up the console again and "tai" which now turns the AI off for the selected npc. now they will not move or head track.

Step 7. Pose yourself and your all set.

 

I know, 7 steps. Do this enough like I do and you'll be doing this in a matter of seconds. Its the only way to get an npc to stand exactly where you want them, and to have them remain posed how you want them. And they won't "time out" and stand up. Head tracking is the worst...

Ok, making some progress with posing NPCs... I set this one up with the Eileen follower mod and she looks sexy posed here.

 

 

I tried to set up another pose but I couldn't get her to lay flat on the bed while she was posed for some reason. Then I think I screwed something up with the TC command and Eileen was slaved to my PC's movements... As with all things, this will take some practice to remember the key commands and when to use them.

try the way I recommended, don't use the TC commands. Or, save like I do before doing a photoshoot and load that save when I'm done just in case something went wrong. In my game every now and then if I pose an npc and then unpose them, they sort of seem stuck and won't follow me anymore.
