When posting, to the left of the Font dropdown menu, there should be a square button that when hovered over reads "Special BBCode".  Click on that, click on the dropdown menu, and Spoiler should be the third option from the bottom.

 

Or, you could just manually type out the tags:

and place your text inbetween (which I find to be faster), but it's up to you.
