Recommended Oblivion mods to a returning player

So i'm returning back to oblivion after a two year hiatus and i was hoping you guys could recommend me some good mods for things like gameplay, character enhancement, graphics and quests. Also should i be using NMM to install mods or should i stick to obmm.

Also should i be using NMM to install mods or should i stick to obmm.

At best switch to Wrye Bash. It's has more features (like e.g. the Bashed Patch) and imo is far more user-friendly.

Mod are illegal though since it port skyrim kids and Fallout.3 Kids to oblivion with X.117 Platform, Then dynamically populate TES.IV with them from orphan, merchant, rascals, thief, novice, town guard trainee, mage apprentices, dwemers and turn shivering isle into wonderland. Controversy aside it's ultimate children mod for oblivion.

Hmm I use and have following recent mods installed:

 

1. Morroblivion (version 0.58 is good, almost all morrowind quests working, I think bloodmoon quests too, Tribunal ain't complete yet)

2. Maskars Oblivion Overhaul

- adds new creatures like mummies

- is less intrusive because it uses BSA's and can be removed withouth problems

- adds a more simple lockbash feature (the one in Oscuros Oblivion Overhaul never worked for me)

3. Basic Primary Hygiene by Maskar

- has washing animation

- adds need to go to the toilet^^

4. Basic primary needs by Maskar

5. Better Cities is a must-have too (adds new shops, restructures cities too look better)

6. Inari race (fox-like race with very good looking tails & ears)

7. Unique Landscape compilation
