This is a Newb problem, related to Oblivion in general

Ok I've only just started playing oblivion and have generally modded it up. BUT..

I have recently entered Abandoned Mine I've not turned in the jewel or anything. I WAS level 4, and I was facing Black Guard mobs and Black Guard Assassins instead of goblins. Is this normal?

I levelled up to level 5 and suddenly they were Doom Guards and Doom Assassins. What gives?  I'm level 5 with a plinky bow that does diddly and wearing fur armour, where the heck did these monsters come from.  Something tells me that these mobs are way above what I've got and yet here they are.  I don't think I've included a difficulty amping mod in my mods, but I feel this going beyond what I thought I would be facing.  any help or suggestions would be appreciated.  Please read my load order below and suggest anything that might be causing this.

Corruption of Champions is a Luxury hardcore mod made for supplementary rape subjects NPC for lovers.

If you prefer casual game play or haven't played oblivion for the first time, simply turn it off.

Thank you for the quick and responsive replies.  Sorry if I sounded like I was attacking MonsterG-CoC. I actually really enjoy the mod, and it was my fault for not reading it properly.  I'll need to amp up my game. And try not to abuse narcolepsy ><
