Killaman you are missing the banners. You might need to run archive invalidation:

oh how do i do the archive invalidation is that under Oblivion Mods Manager under Utilitles Archive invalidation? then in there what shouid i press?

Go there to find the answer to your question under BSA-redirection.

There are 7 steps to follow for doing it under OBMM.

Scroll down a bit further on the page and it even shows a picture of it.

This is a lot of reading but will help you understand and avoid future problems.

LoversBackup2.esp

says "That plugin is part of Lovers Minor Mod Pack 1.0 1.0 and cannot be removed" and when i diable it, it says to disable entire mod

useing the Steam Oblivion btw forget to say that

Right click on loversbackup2.esp and select "unlink". Now you can delete it

No, if it would have worked then it would have immediately fixed itself. Well sad to say but you may need to reinstall the unofficial battlehorn patch.

how do i reinstall it? thats part of unofficial oblivion patch?

do i just delete them all from my oblivion folder?

Well i did a mix i did a few of exe and like few of OMOD

shouid i make them all Manual zip?

Well try downloading the manual patch version. Then extract it to a temporary directory somewhere. Grab the following folders:

meshes

sound

textures

Drag the folders over and drop them into Oblivion\data\

It will pop up a dialog box asking you if you want to merge folder and overwrite files. Say yes to all.
