I agree that SkyRe has way better perk system but the lack of compatibility with many other mods is what pushes me away .....

i just use SkyRe + Deadly Dragon/Deadly Monsters and have them on legendary+expert. and as far compatibility, i only use SkyRe reproccer for custom armors and weapons. and use http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/27092//? to fix the vanilla content.
