The dress looks like it came from Tera or renderosity to me. Looks like one of the old As Shanim(sp) / Aery_Soul items. The hair you should be able to just open in photoshop and add the texture to it.

The hat is from White Shark Robes, it requires UNP and HDT.

Can't remember the name of the armor, but it is UNP also.

Thanks for finding it. Now I'm looking for this "armor". As you can see this is clearly CBBE.
