Hello folks I am brand new here, and I must say I am completely overwhelmed! So I have a few questions to get myself started.

First off what plugins are needed/most popular?

Second what bodies should I use?

And finally what anime should I use?

MrMan, it all depends on what you like. As you are no doubt aware there are more mods than you can probably ever hope to play so deciding what you like is a better guide.

To get started ignore lovers mods as they should be added last. Instead get all of the base mods and overhauls that appeal to you along with armor and clothes and then of course tools that are essential: Oblivion Mod Manager, BOSS, OBSE and the like - all of which can be found at the nexus: http://tesnexus.com/index.php

Give us a little more info on what you have and don't and what you like and we can suggest things to check out.
