This is something I think up after browsing through the newest mod uploads on Nexus. One particularly stands out at the time.

Is there a mod out there (or could someone make it if there's none) that alters the steward dialogue option to include the act of hiring  travelling merchants for each of the Hearthfire houses? If possible have merchants that specialize in different goods (weapons, alchemy ingredients, potions, fencing, etc) but they are all spread out across the three Heathfire houses. For Example, the ones selling alchemy ingredients and potions would visit Lakeview and then the others would go to the other houses. The merchant doesn't have to be at the house 24/7 but only at designated days because he/she'll literally travel to the closest holds/villages to procure and sell goods and your house is just one of the stops to make. Maybe have the specific merchant stay a day or two at the designated house and takes three to four days to return back. It's bad enough some of the houses are out there in the middle of nowhere (just what were the game designers thinking back then?) but cut off entirely from the prospect of civilization? Now, that's not exactly some place for a family to live happily.

 

If possible, have a guard patrol or two visit the Hearthfire houses once in a while once the house is built. A Thane would at least have some authority to have some guards to look after their belongings, right?

I have a slight inconsistency in my character's animations that I was hoping to see if I could correct. I use YY's Mystic Knight animation set for magic and 1h idle animations, but that replacer doesn't include animations for staves, or dual-casting self-targeted spells like Fast Healing. I looked at the Pretty Staff and Magic Animations replacer, but it doesn't quite match the feel of Mystic Knight. If there is a mod that adds the animations, I'm looking for something that uses the torso and leg stance of Mystic Knight when spells are equipped, with the right-hand staff being idle held similarly to Pretty Staff and Magic. I would work on tweaking the animations myself, but I don't know enough about Blender and Skyrim animations to do so.

I'm looking for a mod that adds green grass everywhere.My current setup is "Skyrim Flora Overhaul" combined with "Verdant - A Skyrim Grass Plugin" and it looks great everywhere verdant added green grass.But the Whiterun plains for example looks strange because everything except for the grass is green.Or does anybody know what files I would have to replace to get green grass everywhere?
