Is there a mod that that increases the amount of skill level ups required for a real level up but also increases the amount of perk points per level up?

 

Have you tried Elys Community Uncapper?

 

This is a quote from the mod description:

 

You have the possibility to set a different skill level cap of your choice for each different skill.

You can modify each different rate at which your character earns each respective skill experience.

You can set the max skill level used by the game formulas when calculating skill benefits.

You can decide how fast leveling a skill does level the player's character.

You can decide how many points you want to earn at each level up for: Health, Magicka, Stamina and "Carry Weight".

 Works with perk points per level too.  I hope this helps

Thanks that helped a lot although i cant figure out how to adjust the skill level ups i need to level up a character level^^

In the SKSE folder, just open up the SKSE_Elys_Uncapper.ini.  The settings are broken down into sections with instructions on how to change them.  If you need more help feel free to send me a pm here or on Nexus.

Whiskers like a tattoo are difficult because the facial expressions of a char will distort the tattoo ugly. Tried to make some and failed miserably...

Hey, does anyone have skytweak for pre 5.0 skyui? or a link for the download of said version?

 

The version numbers are a little odd.  Change log say 6.9 is current, but 6.36 is whats up for download.  I have 6.6 and 6.11, not sure though which is for SkyUI 4.1.

 

 

Changelog isn't much help with identifying the point of upgrade to Skyui 5.0 :l

 

Got my hands on a 5.6 version, don't know what version if SkyUI it needs, doesn't work for me regardless tho :/

Yeah, i had FISS all along, didn't help it though. I Finally got it to run by removing Interesting NPCs from my game, that helped for whatever reason. Probably script load.

Ah cool then you could really play two characters. However I have heard that AA is rather unstable sadly so I should probably wait for update and hope they add long distance switch spell.
