I don't know if it exists, but I guess it's worth a try to ask.  Is there a mod that allows you to see the appearance of one piece of armor/clothing while using the stats of another?  

Armor one: Amazing stats, looks ugly to you

Armor two: Looks super pretty, but has terrible/no stats, and maybe it's the type of armor you don't use

 

Basically, you're still wearing armor one, but you can wear armor two to mask over it if you don't like armor one's appearance.

 

I'll be very grateful if anyone can help me.   Thanks!

You could easily create it with Nifskope/3dsmax take like 3-5mins per armor piece

There is a mod that does something similar, but its really buggy. I do not remember the name of it and I can't find it now so it may be gone.

 

What you want to do is super easy to do in the ck though. All you need to do is make a duplicate of the armor you want the stats of, and reset the .nif path for what you want it to look like.

I know I can't be the only one annoyed that you get scales when all that's left is bones...

I was looking for a Blood Elf race mod. The race from WoW. I think it used to exist.

google didn't show any results for blood elves in skyrim for me, but try this http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/22084 for green glowing eyes, those are vampire eyes but you can simple make an eye replacer with it to make it available for non vampires. I advise to replace an eyecolour of an eyemod (if you have one, but everyone has an eyecolour mod) so you don't get i.e. nords with green glowing eyes.

 

It's not much but perhaps it brings you a bit closer to creating a blood elf with the existing races.

There are single wings in the Lineage Accessories mod. If you like I can post screenshots. If you do not like the color its super easy to change the color in Gimp.Hell, its easy to take any of the existing wing mods and delete one with Nifscope.

anyone with any idea as to how i can get my followers to equip the chest gear i give them

 

yes i am giving them the correct gear type

 

the only follower that seems to equip the gear i give him is Inigo yet every other follower doesn't want to equip the chest piece is proper to what it is they can wear (regardless they wont' wear any chest piece i give them)

you can use amazing follower tweaks to make them wear the chest gear that   you want or you can just use the console  click console click the follower then type equipitem (armor id)

With UFO, you can give them gear. But with the NPC Clothing Changer you can change anyone's clothes.

so if i am doing anything wrong ?

cant be i copy the files from winrar to desktop then to the data folder of skyrim and i don't see anything in-game so i could use some help

First off, what are you typing in console. Also check the description to see if they are located anywhere in game already.
