Qustion about XEO mod

Does it only apply to NPC's or can it also effect the player? Cause Id like to have a character as pretty as the npc's iv seen for that mod but.. im having a difficult time with that :c

Xeo changes most of the games NPC's to young pretty anime type characters. Some don't like this, I personally do. If this appeals to you then I recommend XeoSP++ as it the most compatible with MBP (which some lovers mods require).
