Read the main topic again.. Are you serious ?? she wasn't talking about plains, but mods for skyrim. How will you add F22 in skyrim ?? I think she is talking about mods created for oblivion who where named x.117 witch added children to oblivion. I never played with these types of mods so you may need to ask around.

Incorrect, this thread is infact about the secret joint-world military project to build 52 new F117 fighter space ships to combat the recent alien invasion originating from the nearby alpha centauri system. This invasion has already devastated the countries of AREYOUFKINGSERIOUS as well as AREYOUANINTERNETVIRGIN. I'll attempt to bring some rationality to this topic.

 

As Greg stated, the rule is that anything sexual in nature related to children is not tolerated, so anything not sexual related should be fine. The x117 race is initially intended for just playing as a short race typical of children, but not necessarily exclusive to such. Anything else added by way of Lovers or other such sexual-related mods is of course expected (given the Japanese creation of Lovers and their penchant for Lolita-love and stuff), but is again not exclusive of such.

 

I would suspect that mature discussion regarding G-rated topics about this race would be welcome here, but maybe the Admin is also a little wary of things getting a little (or a LOT) out of hand. People may start degenerating into name-calling or abuse of such nature due to people using this race for normal purposes even, but many just like to play as a small race -- I for one do, and take the opportunity given to play as these diminutive races whenever a game allows me to.

 

Anyway, I'll not continue as I have said all I have to say. Only thing is this - it's all up to you what you do with what is provided for you...to either misbehave with it or to treat it with respect to those who have given it to you. And if it was provided with a sexual nature in mind, be sure you wished for it and are prepared for any consequences that may come to you for using it in such a way.

I'd prefer x110 proportion for female chars but, x117 seems more common so I choose x117 instead, which is shame.

Whether you consider them as chidren or just women with different proportion is up to you. If this is really forbidden, some threads wouldn't have survived such as pt comix thread.

This game is set in a Fantasy universe. Just like huge - even giant - beings, tiny races are a staple of the Fantasy genre for as long as it exists.

Be it dwarves, fairies, gnomes... Small size for certain Fantasy archetypes is an integral and important element.

 

X117 characters can be used for whatever a player wants to use them. It's all a question of the preferred body type that distinguishes genuine children characters from adults of short stature. In my case, about one third of all my characters are from x117 races. But none of my characters is a child.

Thanks to mature and developed bodies that are defined by their outfits, some of them quite busty and voluptuous.

 

There is more to drive home the maturity of characters even of diminutive size: A great deal of said maturity comes from a character's personality, reflected in their actions. You wouldn't think of a real child ever being allowed to join the Dark Brotherhood? Who would send a child on assassination missions? If there's even a ghost of a chance a contract would get botched up because of missing professionality due to the inexperience of youth...

Using an 'innocent' child to get close to a target is an invalid argument, a Dark Brotherhood forced to such cheap-ass tactics isn't worth even one Septim.

 

All in all, though people with a penchant for underaged characters can exploit x117 races by giving them A-cup bodies and dress up their girlies in pink frilly ribbon dresses, it's just as easy to make adult characters of tiny overall size but with big booties. The main difference is that the latter can be featured on explicit screenshots while the former have the potential to get their creators in trouble. Especially if they proudly display their love for minors in public.

With posts all over the forum ranting about their obsessions, or certain pictures submitted to 'up.mnty.net' for example.
