Deadly Reflex First Person Horse Combat Issue

This is my problem. The five second video clip shows the bug. I dunno how to fix it. I tried to overwrite the _1stperson meshes but it doesn't work. Any idea?

Not sure that it can be fixed as horse combat was released buggy and was never fixed when Skycaptain "retired" from the scene.

While this won't fix your issue I would recommend moving horsecombat.esm to the bottom slot on your esm's and making DeadlyReflex 6 - Combat Moves.esp & Deadly Reflex 6 - HeX NifSE Patch.esp your very last esp's. I have run my load order from day one like this and never had any issues with lovers.

DR is VERY buggy/crashy in general. If you have too many problems with it, just disable it.

I rock Ryona/DR on my Oblivion also .. if I ever start to play it a lot again, and I notice one-two-many crashes.. just gonna disable it myself : /

DR6 is actually as stable as v5 if it is properly set up and you just use its core esp's (no screen splatter stuff). The added features of DR6 are simply amazing! Having played 6 I will never go back to 5. Plus the ability to customize things in the ini is quite nice.

I'm only rocking v5 because of that Ryona addon. And I never said v5 was stable.. and to you to refer to v6 "as stable as 5" is bad, haha xD.

I'm pretty sure Deadly Reflex in general is the cause to a lot of crashes in peoples games who have this mod enabled.

Trybto download Growlfs skeleton on the nexus.

And make sure you have NiFse, 1st person legs, drop torches installed as well.

Well everyone has an opinion I guess

Having run DR 3, 4, 5 and now 6 I can tell you that 6 IS as stable as 5, IF you have it properly setup and don't use the splatter esp's (they are the main source of most people crashing - other than not setting it up correctly) or trying to fight off horseback. Sure 6 is a bitch to get properly setup but once you are there in my opinion the payoff is akin to lovers...

Course this is my opinion which is only worth while to me

Ryona is a great addon and has breathed life and interest back into DR 5 especially for those who for whatever reason couldn't get 6 working.

As to the OP....holler if the things we have pointed out didn't get you fixed up and let us know what issues you are still having or if you have new ones.

I pinned down the source of the problem to Curse of Hircine.esp (Curse of Hircine - Resurrected). I welcome anybody trying to make a fix for it.
