Male Tattoo's?

I've looked high and low and nowhere have I found tattoo's for boys! So...I thought 'hey, just convert some!' and then I run into the DDS issue. x__x. Does anyone know of any tattooed skins out there for males? (Roberts or Breezes bodies preferred of course). If anyone is capable of textures...I would love to have tattoo's along the lines of http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=39720 or http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=37801 on a male canvas... Even if it's only the texture, I'm capable of working with that and applying it as a custom race... Helps?

I did not even think about that o__o. I know theres one for raiders...I'll have to see if I can fiddle around with it and move it over . Thanks for the reminder lol.

Since posting this I've actually found out how to do it on my own! It's not that hard once you get to know the interface for your chosen plug-in and what not...Thanks though!
