Fallout 3: What hair and face/race is this?

The character the author of this mod uses intrigues me:

It's pretty much exactly how I'd want my character. Anyone know how he got the face like that, and where that hair comes from? At the very least the hair would be great to have.

I assumed he wouldn't reply based on the fact that he doesn't reply to any posts that ask how he made his character, and that he hasn't done anything on the Nexus in quite awhile. I will try, though.

anyway if you ant it in VEGAs,install the Textue folder from race and textures to your FNV data folder

Wow, can't believe I never saw that Cazy Hair mod before! Thanks very much for the info. I tried contacting the owner of the char, but haven't gotten anything yet, so this is much appreciated. Thanks again. And I guess I'm gonna have to try harder at making a character with the Dimonized race.

 

Edit: The hair is actually different from the very similar one in Cazy's. BUT CLOSE ENOUGH
