Unable to find spell

I added a bound sword and shield spell for an existing ESP and put it in a spell merchants inventory, but it did not show up in the spells he was selling. I went to check it in the construction set when I load the data I get the error:

Unable to find spell (01002354) for owner "Athragar".

Continue Playing?

"Yes to all" will disable all Warnings this session.

How do I solve this error? Full disclosure, I am pulling the sword and shield from separate mods.
