it is true that the old thread was flawed, but that's not the point, it's about that all the others have benefited from his development! and now it looks like someone else's laurels once is enough. I find the CherryHotaling deserves a gold star.

And the new thread credits Cherry & links to the old thread. I don't see what the problem is, in terms of respect.

If Cherry comes back & wants control of the tutorial again, they can have it. Until then, it's all about presenting the information the best possible way.

I have to agree here, I've been learning how to edit armour etc... And the way Cherry's tutorial was presented without pictures was just unhelpful. No disrespect to him, but without pictures it just didn't work.

 I have to agree with DoctaSax here. While we all appreciate what Cherry Hotaling has done, the page was messed up and needed to be revised. Credit was given where credit was deserved, and now we got a new page that will help many people in the future.
