Any good female face mods because i'm not reallly good with geck?

I don't think Sari, who apparently designed the character in that linked pic, uses any special races.  Not sure what face texture that is, but I shot him a PM and if he responds I can let you know. 

 

Edit: Got a response.  He didn't really remember, but thought he might have taken the face texture from Project Beauty and personally added just a tiny bit of makeup and freckle effect to it.
