pls can anybody tell me what mod in this picture

all of them pls 

especially the white glowing thing on her shoulder upper chest and arm 

 

You can achieve a glowing tattoo overlay using the Racemenu mod - there's a slider for diffuse color and another for glow. I'm not sure what tattoo set(s) this character is using, but there's a number of them that work as overlays in Racemenu.

I am looking for a Dwaven replacer that is sexy, but no skimpier than this picture. I'd like something that maybe looks like a club outfit, mini skirt, top similar to this one, and makes use of the large boots like they were big leg warmers. I'm sorry this is so vague, I just wanted to know if anyone knew an armor like that. Again, I am SO sorry..

I ran across that outfit while browsing http://www.loverslab.com/topic/10270-conversions-for-manga-body/ it's under "old CBBE" with the name "Fox 24". Not sure if that's the mod name for that 1 piece since Fox 24 download has 3 sets in them which includes the one on your pic.

I'm looking for an open faced winged helmet. Anyone know of a mod that has that? here is a pic of one but I have no idea what it is, its a bit more daedric looking than i would like but It will do if anyone knows what mod that is from
