I see, instead calling outfits by real names. Make up fake names. Pretty good fooling people with no video gaming knowledge. So much Dead or Alive rip content.  As for hair, this only for Oblivion http://welcometohawkhaven.jimdo.com/accessories/. Hairs never work for me. Maybe ask somebody port it or wait til person release mod. Level up research skills if want find something you like.  

 

 

ohh was about to ask this because I saw this screenshot http://skyrim.jpn.org/images/497/49756.jpg but it seems the footwear or sandals is different? (someone knows it?) or it is part of the mod? .. I hope someone will find the hair too .

Can't identify the ENTIRE outfit, but it's a mashup.

Mask and gloves are from the Vampire Bride robes.

Boots are the DF_T19 boots.

Unsure of the body and underwear. The body SORTA looks like the Death Robes.

To be honest, I'm not sure. If you can unzip the XAC and Eisen archives and find the right files, I don't see why not, but I've not done it myself.

you can make it shinier by either editing the alpha channel of the normal map (black is not shiny white is shiny use different grays to adjust it) or open it nifscope and bump up the glossiness line under lightingshaderproperties.
